OCTOPOD CONSTRUCT was founded in 1993 by a team of traffic engineering experts. During the first decade, the company was one of the pioneers on the Romanian market in replacing old traffic technologies and promoting western experience in traffic engineering.

The present structure of the company operates on four main directions:

-       PVC and aluminium window systems 

-       Horizontal drillings (up to 110mm diameter)

-       Traffic engineering, transportation planning

-       Traffic management systems integration
